Along with the Novo Cambodia team, the Colliers seek to relationally encourage, raise up, and release leaders in Cambodia amidst the fringes, thus manifesting and extending the Kingdom of God in Cambodia and beyond.

Sean and Alice mentor young local leaders who work with children at risk of being trafficked.

Alice spends time with children in "broken" places, showing them how to walk in the spiritual authority they have in Jesus, and teaching them how to pray for the coming revival in Cambodia.

Sean spearheads a sports program with local leaders for at-risk youth and street children. He also coaches both local leaders as well as missionaries in how to maximize their ministry effectiveness and prevent burn out.
